Belidor AI brings together information from SCADA systems, data historians, laboratory results, spreadsheets, manual logs and plant documents. At the centre of the platform is Agent Zed, an AI process engineer that can answer plant-specific questions, investigate performance changes, create reports, schedule recurring analyses and surface abnormal conditions with supporting evidence. Read-only connections keep plant teams in control while adding a unified operational intelligence layer.

Founded by Jerry Hanson in April 2022, Belidor AI serves wastewater, drinking water, industrial water, food and beverage, desalination and water reuse facilities. The company announced a $2.1 million seed round on December 3, 2023, led by Nexenai Capital and 49th Fund, with participation from Ribbit Capital and Cherry Ventures. On February 4, 2026, Belidor AI announced a $7.9 million Series A co-led by Bridge Venture Partners and 49th Fund, with participation from PACA Ventures, Nexenai Capital and A195 Capital. Belidor AI currently reports deployments at more than 200 plants across over 20 countries, supporting facilities that treat more than five billion gallons of water each day.
